BREAD was invited to be a part of the Outstanding in the Field dinners at Coachella, so we partnered with Tehachapi Grain Project and Camus Country Mill to create a very special sourdough loaf for the occasion . Made with Hard Red Joaquin and Whole Spelt flours that are grown and milled locally, this batard is a true California loaf!
Though Coachella has come and gone, we love this loaf and have seen just how much you all do too so we’re keeping it around for a while.
Loaf is 2lbs and sold unsliced.
Our signature Sourdough Campagne meets our multigrain seed mix to create the ultimate loaf of bread. Ideal for toast or as a sandwich base this loaf has all of the perks of a tangy sourdough and all the texture of a multigrain loaf.

The Sourdough Campagne (meaning countryside in French) Batard is our signature loaf, the heart and soul of our bakery. This artisanal loaf is crusty, versatile, and rustic with a slight nutty flavor.
We make this stunner using our 30 year old ‘Mother’ starter and never add anything that isn’t necessary.
At BREAD, we believe bread should be made simply- with flour, water, salt, and of course the most important ingredient of all, love.

Take a holiday down to the Mediterranean with our Olive & Thyme Batard. We start with our signature Campagne dough as the base, then gently fold in Castelvetrano and Kalamata olives for a salty briny bit of heaven; the green and fragment thyme pulls all your senses together in every bite.

Campaillou: Very French Bread
Made with imported French flours from Grands Moulins de Paris, Campaillou is a loaf of bread that will change your life. This unique morsel has a warm, nutty, caramelized flavor that will forever change the way you look at bread. Featuring a combination of whole grain flours and our signature sourdough levain, our Campaillou is rested for 12 hours before baking to allow full fermentation and flavor development.
Incredibly crusty on the outside and unbelievably fluffy on the inside with a stunning open crumb, Campaillou is likely to become your newest fixation.
La Miche: The Original French Bread
Predating the baguette by several hundred years, Miche originated during a time when people did not have ovens in their home as we do now. Instead, they used communal ovens that they shared with those in their town. Miche was born out of the people’s need keep their families well fed (usually for about a week) before they had their next opportunity to bake.
Coming in at just over 4lbs our Miche is made with our signature Campagne dough. It’s hand scored with beautiful, alternating designs, and baked to perfection.
This showstopper is a great centerpiece for your table, a stunning host gift, or as bread to feed your family for the week.
Store it on your counter covered with a cloth, cut side down.

The French know that a good baguette is one of life’s simple pleasures and we couldn’t agree more. Think about it; is there anything more wonderful than a fresh baguette with a slab of rich butter? We didn’t think so either.
Abiding by France’s strict regulations, our Baguette Tradition is made only with the necessary ingredients: flour, water, salt, and levain.

A true French classic, Pain D’epi is a dream come true for anyone who loves the ends of a baguette.
Unlike the baguette tradition which is scored with a razor, the Pain D’epi is cut with scissors to look like a flowering part of a stock of wheat. These cut ends bake up beautifully to create the most stunning design (not to mention the most delicious crisp texture). We make our extra special by adding our multigrain seed mix in.
The Pain D’epi Aux Grain is a tasty treat so beautiful that you’ll want to try to resist eating it, but so delicious that you won’t be able to.
Made with a true multigrain dough this loaf is soft, hearty, and just a little sweet. Packed with whole grain flours and our delicious seed mix, our Multigrain Pan Loaf is the perfect “everything” bread. This loaf can do no wrong.
